3. Access to the Apply2Uni website
We will make all reasonable endeavours to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet and the World Wide Web, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.

4. Licence for Website access
Apply2 Ltd grant you a limited licence to access and make personal use of this website, but not to download (other than purchase personal statement examples and e-guides) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with the express written consent of Apply2Uni. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of this website or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this website or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

This website or any portion of this website may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our prior express written consent.

5. Our contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from Apply2 Ltd, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the confirmation of shipment to you.

Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed as being shipped do not form part of that contract.

Where a deadline is agreed to provide a particular service, this is reliant on the client providing us with the necessary requested information via email and by telephone. Failure to do this in a prompt and reasonable manner, within the agreed timeframe, will result in you breaching the agreement and Apply2 Ltd will not be held responsible for the failure in meeting the originally agreed deadline.

All prices quoted include VAT at the current rate, where applicable and are subject to change without notice

7. Limitations of use of this website and products/services purchased from it
You may not use information from or products/services purchased from this website for any other purpose other than for your personal use to apply to a University or Medical Post. Services and products provided through this website are exclusively for the purchaser's own use, and cannot be sold, distributed, displayed or given away, in whole or in part, to any other person or organisation in any form without formal written permission from Apply2 Ltd.

8. Electronic communications
When you visit the Apply2Uni website or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We often communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the website. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these conditions of use at any time. You will be subject to the policies and conditions of use in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). However, Apply2 Ltd cannot be responsible for any personal loss arising from the use of this website and subsequent services. All guidance documents and support provided is for general guidance only and if in doubt applicants should contact the educational institutions they are applying to directly to obtain advice specific to their application. Apply2 Ltd cannot be held liable for the outcome of using any product or service purchased from this website for application to an educational establishment.

Please note we are unable to fabricate or falsify information included in any of the writing services offered.

Although Apply2 Ltd ensure that all services delivered are of the highest quality, we cannot be held responsible for the outcome of any application made using an application or prose edited by Apply2 Ltd.

12. Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

16. Termination of services
Throughout the course of us providing our services to you if you fail to contact us after 28-days despite our best efforts to make contact with you by telephone, postal letter and email we will assume that you no longer require our service and deem our services to be delivered to your satisfaction.

18. Refund and cancellation policy
Payments made through this website and via Cheque for application example and e-guides cannot be refunded as governed by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000  - if we do not hear from you within 48-hours of purchase we will assume you have accessed successfully your purchased examples or e-guides. Refunds for payments made for the application writing and editing services will be given at the sole discretion of Apply2 Ltd minus a 20% administration fee (minimum £50). Please note that if you do not contact us after 28-days of first purchasing a service, despite repeated attempts to contact you, we will deem our services delivered and will be unable to offer a refund.

For cancellations made by clients for training courses more than four weeks prior to the start date we will refund 100% of fees received from clients less a refund administration fee of £50 per course. For cancellations made by clients for training courses made less than four weeks, but more than two weeks before the start date of a course - we will refund 50% of the course fees less a refund administration fee of £50 per course. For cancellations made by clients less than two weeks before the start date of the course no refund of fees will be made.
